There’s no one-size-fits-all path to growth—each individual and organization has its own unique story, and I love discovering how to support that through social and collaborative learning.  With over a decade of experience in empowering learning and and building strategic learning partnerships within organizational development, I’ve helped teams and employees across the United States grow and thrive by designing thoughtful, tailored learning solutions that truly meet people where they are. I’m passionate about creating accessible and equitable learning experiences, ensuring that everyone—no matter their background or role—has the opportunity to succeed.

For me, it’s not just about fitting into a culture but adding to it. I believe that diverse perspectives spark innovation, and I love fostering environments where curiosity is encouraged, and growth happens naturally. As someone who champions a growth mindset, I lead by listening and coaching, helping others feel safe to try, reflect, and grow—no matter the outcome. I’m always excited to find new ways to tackle old challenges, and I approach every project with a 'Why not?' attitude, rather than a 'We can’t' mindset.

When I’m not creating learning experiences, you’ll find me traveling with my husband, tending to my garden, or taking long walks in the neighborhood. While I believe every moment is a chance to learn, I also know the importance of slowing down and appreciating the simple joys in life.
