For me, it’s not just about fitting into a culture but adding to it. When I’m not creating learning experiences, you’ll find me traveling with my husband, tending to my garden, or taking long walks in the neighborhood. While I believe every moment is a chance to learn, I also know the importance of slowing down and appreciating the simple joys in life.
I am passionate about social and collaborative learning, believing that building a community of learners within organizations is essential. These communities foster knowledge sharing through conversation and idea exchange, enhancing learning transfer and performance. Additionally, I am deeply interested in the current and future state of AI in L&D, exploring how AI can be harnessed to support and empower teams.
